I’ve passed by this tree blooming every morning for a week now, noticing the green hue of the flower from this rather large tree. This evening I got the shot although in low light. Thank goodness for high ISO and good noise filters 🙂

Ok, so as I started this, I figured the pictures would be generic of things I saw throughout the day. Well, as I look back, as well as what’s in front of me, it’s spring in Washington, and go figure, you can’t swing a camera lens and NOT shoot flowers, grass, moss, etc. It’s everywhere and right now it’s popping. So it’s understandable that I am seeing a ton of shots in nature, since it’s pretty much everywhere at the moment.

First picture is a shot of a branch of the Maple Tree growing it’s leaves out. I love this tree this time of year, and the morning sun makes the detail pop.
AND in trying to lean away from all these flowers and nature, I thought a nice shot of Jake in the park would add balance. Enjoy !

Today the weather waxed and waned, but these Dandelions were ready for their close-up! I liked the cluster of flowers against the granite and loved the fresh detail on the flowers.

Walking Jake this morning, I came upon this bloom of flowers planted to entice new home owners into a new development. Nice morning light to pop and warm the colors. A little random but for Easter, I thought a perfect photo for the day ! Hope you enjoy the day and the color…
